Refund & Return Policy
SWIFTPE Micro Services Foundation
(A Not-for-Profit Section 8 Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013)
1. Introduction
SWIFTPE Micro Services Foundation (“we”, “our”, “the Foundation”) is committed to transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction. As a not-for-profit organization working since 2020 to reduce poverty, empower women, and create sustainable livelihoods through microfinance, skill development, digital inclusion, and handicraft promotion, we ensure that all products sold through our handicraft online store are made with care by rural artisans and women entrepreneurs.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request returns, replacements, or refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-returnable items Customized or personalized products Perishable or fragile items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” Products damaged due to customer misuse
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at contact@swiftpe.org or contact customer support.
Provide:
Order ID
Reason for return
Photo/video proof (in case of damage or defect)
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for sending the item back.
4. Replacement Policy
If a product is eligible for return, customers may choose:
Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
Store credit that can be used for future purchases from our handicraft store.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed as per policy.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
After the returned product reaches us and its condition is verified
Refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit
Refund not applicable if:
The product shows signs of use
Product is damaged due to customer handling
Return request is raised beyond the allowed window
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return request.
7. Donations & Microfinance-Related Payments
Since SWIFTPE Micro Services Foundation operates as a not-for-profit Section 8 entity:
Donations, sponsorships, or contributions made toward social programs are non-refundable.
Microfinance-related repayments or fees are governed by internal financial policies and not covered under this return/refund policy.
